Sean just fixed our Natuzzi sofa, that suffered from stretched out strapping, resulting in a big indentation in the seating area. He took everything apart and fixed it very fast....looks great. Also great communication. Fast response time.

One side of our 6 year old power recliner sofa quit working. We did some research and discovered the switch had gone. We contacted Sean to inquire about parts....he had one in stock but also directed us to parts on Amazon that we could order in case we wanted to go that route. Within an hour he had delivered the part and confirmed our assumption. Amazing service!!
